In his early 20’s, he founded a moving company in California, sold it and took over a one-­‐man maintenance company and built that company into a multi-­‐ million dollar national maintenance company, called Omni-Care. Mr. Ford’s entrepreneurial success and experience will provide the type of leadership to help build “Green Cross Alliance ” into a successful medical marijuana business. Edward Gunneau III, President, CEO and Board Member

Mr. Gunneau has over 20 years of experience in hydroponic farming. Edward also has experience with growing cannabis for the past 24 years. He was able to grow an award winning cannabis that finished first place in two of the three categories in the Washington, D.C .Cup. After many decades of research and commercial production, Edward still develops new and more efficient hydroponics systems increasing the results, reducing production costs and environmental impact. Having participated in over a dozen projects for many years, he helped many farmers to become more profitable using the techniques he developed. He grew cultures with all different hydroponic systems, including NFT, Deep Water, Aeroponic, N Flow Ebb among others. Based on his experience, he has developed a system with perlite, obtaining superior results and more reliable and productive than all other systems. Edward’s clients produce hydroponic products of the highest quality, making them suppliers for companies such as Wegmans, Whole Foods, Wiles, Sysco, US Food Service and others.

Mr. Massa, with over 20 years of experience working across the United States, Italy and Brazil, has developed and managed new businesses, managed operations, managed and executed projects and performed financial analysis and control. The keys to success in his global experiences have been the attention to detail, orientation for customer service, focus on results and always planning before executing. His diverse experiences, international MBA, and multilingual fluency are unique attributes he leverages in generating results for the companies he has had the opportunity to work.
