3 Night Yukon Summer Package
Visiting the Yukon in the summer is the perfect way to get your dose of adventure and Vitamin D . In the land of the midnight sun , the skies are glorious and summer light just won ' t quit .
Day 1 : Arrive in Whitehorse , Yukon – You will be met at the airport and go to your hotel in downtown Whitehorse . Depending on your arrival time , there will be a city tour of Whitehorse , showing you the historical landmarks of the “ wilderness city ”.
Day 2 : Skagway ( Alaska ) and Historic Train Ride – Today you will be taken on a scenic road trip to Skagway , Alaska , with several stops along the way . Today includes the White Pass and Yukon Route train and a visit to the old town site of Dyea , where the famous Chilkoot Trail starts .
Day 3 : Kluane National Park – Follow part of the old winding Alaska Highway past the native village of Champagne . In Haines , visit the exhibits at the cultural centre and the national park ’ s centre . The tour will then continue to Kluane Lake and Sheep Mountain . Hike up the trail , which leads to a great viewpoint of Slim ’ s River and the toe of the mighty Kaskawulsh Glacier . Enjoy a picnic lunch at the viewpoint .
Day 4 : Whitehorse and Departure – After breakfast there is time to visit some of Whitehorse ’ s nicest museums . Have a late lunch in town , after which you will be taken to the airport in time to check in for your flight home .

The Yukon , known as the land of the midnight sun , is home to Canada ’ s highest mountains , which are found in the Kluane National Park and are home to the largest non-polar ice field in the world . If you have not experienced the Canadian Arctic and the Northern Lights , then prepare yourself for an energizing experience . This tour will explore the breathtaking wonders of the Yukon !
Day 1 : Arrive in Whitehorse , Yukon – You will be welcomed at the airport and transferred to your hotel in downtown Whitehorse . Depart at 9.30pm for an Aurora ( Northern Lights ) viewing . A cozy , heated cabin or wall tent with hot drinks and snacks makes your Aurora viewing even more enjoyable . Return to the hotel around 1.30am .
Day 2 : Whitehorse and Aurora viewing – At 10.00am you will depart on a Whitehorse city sightseeing tour , seeing the highlights of Whitehorse . Again at 9.30pm you will depart for an Aurora viewing .
Day 3 : Whitehorse and Departure – This morning is at your leisure . Optional afternoon tours are available in Whitehorse . Transfer to the airport for your flight home .
