BREEAM | A tool to assess and measure projects against
a broad range of categories and criteria which cover
aspects such as energy to ecology. BREEAM measures
how sustainability is being built into the overall design,
construction and operation of buildings.
OUTSTANDING AWARD
OUTSTANDING | This project has recently been
awarded a BREEAM Outstanding rating at design
stage. This accreditation is the greatest level
awarded and is highly regarded across the industry.
To put this into context there are over 425,000
buildings with certified BREEAM assessments and
there are only 3 projects across the Scottish Education
Sector which have secured this accolade.
