What advice would you give to those
starting out in the cake industry?
Don’t sell yourself short. You can do
WHATEVER you want (which applies
to all of life, actually) you just have to
learn how. If you have a passion for
it and it’s worth it to you to learn how,
which will require time and patience,
then get to it. Push aside the fear of
failure (which you might have to do on
a daily basis).
Life’s too short. And there is MUCH fun
to be had.
You have your own line of moulds,
video tutorials and cake & cookie
cruises. What’s next for you?
