Breanna & Jenny
of Sweetest Jubilee
Weddings, birthdays and other major life events are just not the same without a beautiful cake to celebrate!
This was the thinking as sisters-in-law Jenny and Breanna sat down one
evening to fashion an 80s inspired cake for Breanna’s forthcoming 30th
birthday party. While their husbands – who are brothers – watched the footy
on TV, Jenny and Breanna modelled My Little Pony and Rainbow Bright
Sprite characters to sit atop the giant rubix cube that Jenny had made.
Jenny had always dabbled in cake decorating, making her own and
Breanna’s wedding cake, as well as many other sweet treat gifts for family
and friends. Breanna had a background in fine arts and had experimented
with jewellery and stationery in a bid to find her perfect creative outlet.
But over this kitschy cake, the idea of Sweetest Jubilee was born.
