On 7-10th September, 30 Australian cake
decorators took over
the streets of New York
City in a sea of hot pink,
for the Australian Cake
Decorating Network's
first international event,
NYC Cake Crawl!

We kicked off the crawl by spending
the day sight seeing including Statue
of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial and walking Brooklyn Bridge. On the following
day we headed to Mimicafe Union
where both Sachiko Windbiel and
Rudy Martinez treated our group to a
demonstration each, and a delicious
morning tea.
Our group was a sight to be seen as
we hopped on and off subways and
walked the streets of Manhattan in a
sea of pink.
