You will need: Modelling tools Ingredients • Ball tool • 300g of white fondant • Rolling Pin • Cone tool • Americolor gel colour ‘Forest • Non-stick mat • Umbrella tool • Veining tool • Small heart cutter optional (I made mine by hand). green’ • Cake dummy or polystyrene • Americolor gel colours (for stand skin tone and hair) yellow and • 2 wooden skewers chocolate brown • 2 soft bristle artists flat tip • 10g precoloured red fondant paintbrushes • Gold lustre dust • Foam flower pad • Tylose Powder • Small rose petal cutter • Water for gluing • Craft knife (Royal icing optional) Step 1: Step 2: Step 3: Step 4: Add tylose to fondant. Make a cone (approx 10cm tall)- use ball tool and cone tool to shape a neckline. Pinch to create the waistline then insert skewer leaving some protruding from the bottom as well as the top. Mark waistline. From the waist- use a skewer to indent the skirt. Add the neck (use a little water for gluing) and let dry for 30 minutes. Mold a head, with your fingers create a subtle face shape. Use a ball tool to create a shallow cavity to insert the head over the top of the neck. Draw your wing template.
