Buddy Valastro aka Cake Boss flew all the way Down Under to attend the Cake, Bake & Sweets Show. Sending the crowds into frenzy, he shared his knowledge of years in the industry on centre stage. Cake Boss shared the stage with some of Australia’s best cake decorators and pastry chefs, including irsten Tibballs, Anna Polyviou, and Executive Pastry Chef Pierrick Boyer of Le Petit Gâteau. Chef Boyer taught the audience how to recreate his stunning “Chocolate Coffee Mascarpone Tart” (below). Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School showed the world who's boss when it comes to chocolate! Their team achieved a new record for the “World’s Largest Chocolate Flower Bouquet”! (opposite page) Six months in the making and more than 300 kilograms of Callebaut Couverture chocolate was used to create the spectacle-totalling $6162.66 in chocolate!
