Jacqueline Butler spent 17 years
working in the non-profit sector,
for an amazing organization that
provides assistance dogs for
people with disabilities. It was
within her workplace that she
nurtured her love for baking by
making birthday cakes for her
family, friends and co-workers.
Jacqueline decided that she
wanted to take her hobby of baking
and decorating to the next level, so
she enrolled in a series of baking
classes at the California Culinary
Academy in San Francisco. These
classes ignited a fire within
Jacqueline, that’s when she
decided to leave her position at the
non-profit organization, to pursue
her dream of opening a business.
What style of wedding cake best
describes your personality?
Wedding cakes with clean lines that are
decorated with modern, sophisticated
and fresh looking sugar flower
arrangements in soft, pastel colors. I
don’t add a lot of adornments to our
cakes as I prefer to have the sugar
flowers be the main focus.
