Take fringed strip and
using fingers, flare out the
fringes to add volume
Step 16:
Dab small bit of water
along bottom of fringe
strip at the fold, every few
inches

Use tip of thumb to flare
out fringe to add volume
Step 19:
This is your completed
centre with fringe layer

Take an oval petal and pinch one end to make a
crease

Wrap fringe strip around
outside of centre piece
