Spray the cake
Drill a hole in the wood to the size
of the pipe

Using pliers make a slight bend at
the top of the pipe
Melt white chocolate and pour into
bottle mold and leave to set.
Using the self tapping screws attach L brackets to the pipe
Using claret red fondant cover the
pipe all the way down to the beef to
make it look like the wine is pouring
out over the beef
Cover the board
with dark chocolate
fondant (to make it
look like gravy) and Step 30:
then start to add the
