Step 12:
Roll out some blue gumpaste and cut clouds freehand. Let the clouds dry for 48 hours. Colour the clouds with
the blue and then with white pearl dust. Paint the edge of the clouds black.

Roll out some yellow gumpaste, and with a small rose petal cutter, cut the balloons. Cut the base of the balloon
and paint with the same color of the balloon. Paint highlights on the balloon using pearl white dust. Repeat this
