Leadership Corpus Christi Alumni Association held their 9th Annual Roast on Thursday , February 23rd roasting Hugo Berlanga and Ruben Bonilla . The fiesta themed event roasting " Los Dos Amigos " was attended by over 450 people who enjoyed a fun filled evening and silent auction . The event was sponsored by Citgo , Welder Leshin , LLP and NuStar . Proceeds from the event help to fund the current LCC class and projects for LCCA . A special thanks to all of our sponsors , LCC Class 45 , the LCCA Board and everyone who came together to make this event the " Best Roast Ever ".
The 5th annual Lemonade Day Coastal Bend , is set to take place on Saturday , May 13 , 2017 ! Lemonade Day is a nationwide initiative teaching youth how to start , own and operate their own busines , a lemonade stand ! Participating youth will learn to set goals , develop a business plan , establish a budget , seek investors , provide customer service , market their product , and more ! Registration begins Wednesday , March 29 and will be available online .
