Getting Your Decals Season Launch Pass Fees

Power Boat Launching

After registering in-person or paying online, your storage decal
and map and gate access code (if applicable) will be mailed to
you.
Vessels with auxiliary power are required to display a US Coast
Guard Vessel Safety Check decal before first launch of the season
(See inspections dates on page).
Season Launch Pass Decal
For Returning Boaters who have purchased their passes online
by Apr 30, your launch decal will be mailed to you. For passes
purchased after May 1, either online or in-person, please
schedule an appointment with Robyn Zullo at [email protected]
to pick up your decal at Deer Creek Racquet Club. Registrants
must provide driver’s license & printed email confirmation of
registration along with a copy of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary
Vessel Safety Check and proof of ownership (if not on file) to
receive decal.
Season Parking Decal*
1. For Returning Boaters who have purchased their passes
online by Apr 30, your parking decal will be mailed to you.
For passes purchased online after May 1, please schedule
an appointment with Robyn Zullo at [email protected] to
pick up your decal at Deer Creek Racquet Club. Registrants
must provide driver’s license & printed email confirmation of
registration.
2. Starting May 1, parking decals may also be purchased in-
person at the Recreation Center of Highland Park and West
Ridge Center. Please see page 59 for more information.
*Parking Decal is included with season storage.
Register In-Person
Applications are available online at pdhp.org to print and
complete, and must be returned in-person by making an
appointment with Recreation Coordinator, Robyn Zullo at
[email protected] at Deer Creek Racquet Club, along with:
Proof of residency: To receive resident rates, bring your
Highland Park driver's license, along with one of the following
documents (which displays a Highland Park address):
• 2016 Park District tax bill
• State of Illinois ID card
• Current automobile registration
• Copy of real estate contract.
• Current US Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel Safety Check
• Proof of vessel ownership

Highland Park residents only, ages 65 & older are entitled to a 15%
senior discount for season launch passes. The senior discount only
applies to passes 2000757-A-C. Proof of ownership of boat and
Highland Park residency required. Parking violations are subject to
a fine and/or possible vehicle towing
