Ravine Rangers | Grades K-4 Discover what spring has to offer at Lake Michigan as we explore various habitats through hiking explorations , unstructured play , experimentation and fun ! Outdoor Quests | Grades 1-6 Camouflage amongst the trees and move quietly like an animal or net in the stream for dragonfly larva , minnows and more ! Beachfront Geocaching | Ages 7-10 Spend the afternoon exploring the unique habitats of Rosewood Beach and Park while geocaching ! Learn how to use GPS units to follow a high tech treasure hunt , and then set a trail for others to find . Beach Campout | All Ages Pitch a tent and spend the night under the stars ! Explore and play near the lake with the whole family , sit around a crackling campfire led by a Heller naturalist and then camp on the beach . A campfire with s ' mores and a light breakfast are provided ; 6-person tents are available for an additional fee . Min max is 15 / 60 . Registration deadline : May 11 .
