What a week our first week of Creating our culture’s was earlier this month.
In five days, 1010 staff and 80 patients, families and whānau attended 17 sessions across both sites, 1826
surveys were filled in (1537 by staff, 289 by patients), 486 evaluations of the sessions were completed, and
your feedback is now 377 A4 pages long, typed up by three typists and emailed to Tim Keogh for analysis.
There is a feeling that it was great; it was really enjoyable; at times confrontational; a relief at being heard;
and now we will continue our quest to 'Create our culture'?
Are you ready for the second round of 'Creating our culture' kicking off Monday 20 February 2017?
Without too much time to draw your breath we want you to book into the FEEDBACK sessions which will be
held from Monday 20 February for five days. Not quite as hectic this time round.
There will be three different sessions, so you need to decide which session best suits you, and book it now,
