Teresa Andres was using her Master’s Degree in
Education in her community counselor position. She
worked at a residential facility to help at-risk children—
by all accounts a challenging and fulfilling position.
But it didn’t feel right to her.
“Really, my first love is business,” Teresa says.
Teresa tried working from home. The flexibility was
nice and making sales over the phone wasn’t so bad.
It gave Teresa the opportunity to do business, but there
was a little hole in this plan too. She still wanted to feel
like she was helping people.
That’s when Vísi came along for her. Teresa says, “I
was attracted to it pretty quickly.”
“I got a message on Facebook from someone who is a
mutual acquaintance between Priscilla and me,” Teresa
says. She’s referring to Arctic Ruby Priscilla Harrison,
her Vísi sponsor. “I knew Priscilla from a previous
company, and I really admired her leadership and
character. She and I have the same work ethic and our
mindset is very similar. She’s honest, and she cares
