At recess you may enjoy:
 An opportunity to relax and enjoy a break from the academics of school day.
 A place to gather with your friends or get some exercise.
Remember:
 Pushing or shoving detracts from the free time of everyone. Fighting or physical
conduct of any kind is not permissible.
 Throwing stones, rocks, snow, mud or any other inappropriate items is not
permitted.
 Food or drinks are not allowed.
In the Media Center you may enjoy:
 A quiet work environment.
 Assistance from the staff.
 Necessary resource materials.
Remember:
 Use all materials carefully.
 Work quietly so as not to disrupt others.
In the auditorium you may:
 Enjoy performances by students, artists and speakers.
 Participate in school concerts and assemblies.
Remember:
 Walk quietly into the auditorium.
 Listen politely to all performances.
 Express your appreciation through applause.
The same standards will apply when you attend or participate in functions in the
auditorium after school or in the evening. Students who display inappropriate behavior
in the building or auditorium will be asked to leave the building and the school grounds.
Performers who are uncooperative will be asked to leave as well.
Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying
Students are strictly prohibited from bullying, harassing, intimidating other students or
adults on school grounds, at any school-sponsored or related activity/function on or off
campus, while on a school vehicle/school bus, while en-route to or from school, or off
school grounds but having a nexus to the safe and orderly operations of the school district.
