Hot Chocolate Cookie Cups You will need… 1 package sugar cookie dough ½ cup heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons of hot cocoa mix 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ½ cup white chocolate chips 1 cup jet-puffed marshmallow bits Granulated sugar Putting it all together… 1. Preheat your oven to 375 2. Roll about one tablespoon of sugar cookie dough into a ball and place them into a greased mini muffin tin. (pro tip: to prevent them from sticking roll them in sugar before placing them in the muffin tins) 3. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes and wait for the cookies to cool completely before gently removing them from the pan 4. To make the chocolate filling bring the heavy whipping cream to a boil and stir in the hat cocoa mix 5. Pour the hot mixture over the semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir until completely melted and smooth 6. Break off the loops of pretzels then melt white chocolate to attach the pretzel loops to the cookie cups as handles 7. Spoon in the chocolate filling into the cookie cups and decorate with mini marshmallows 8.
