Can you tell us the history of Yucca Bloom and how your business was born?
Christmas 2006, I was looking for something hand made my son could give to his
grandma, I don’t remember how beading fit the bill, but once I started the hunting,
gathering & creating of this crazy hobby, I’ve never looked back. I took off like a crazy woman! Staying up late, getting up early, the ideas in my head were out of control; I find this to be normal of a beading addiction. I accumulated quite a few pieces
and starting bringing them to my office to show co-workers, they started buying and
I pursued selling on consignment at day spas & yoga studios with a few home shows
now and then. I finally took the plunge and opened my ETSY shop in 2008, it keeps
me beyond busy.
