Service! #FTW, BCC 340 At Repair the World, we know that volunteering can be meaningful, fun, Jewish (in whatever way) and can address real-life, systemic issues. But how? In this session, you’ll get into character as a community stakeholder and plan a hypothetical community service program. The goal is simple: to develop a well-rounded, ethical community service experience that accounts for the needs and expectations of all the stakeholders in your group. The game, however, is challenging because not everyone can win. And who wins and who loses will have real-life consequences on whether the service can effectively address real issues.
