morning plenary kicks off a day of program opportunities for all attendees to further their skills,
global awareness and impact via a variety of tailored BBYO Leadership Labs. This session is filled
with world renowned social good exemplars, movement leaders and icons of Jewish life.

Interact with prominent AZA alumni and leading Jewish executives to understand how their AZA
experience and involvement with the Jewish community prepared them for success in business,
non-profit management, Jewish leadership and civic service. Learn how they’ve leveraged the
skills they learned in BBYO and high school to be successful in college, industry and society. This
program begins as a joint program with the BBG Executive Leadership Lab and then continues for
Alephs exclusively.
