Our goal was to improve concentration, flexibility and the ability to to relax whilst cycling on steep intense climbs for mile after mile. We were novices again but received great support from Yoga Wellbeing in Keighley and The Yoga Barre in Ilkley. If only I had got into Yoga at an earlier age, it definitely changes lives, it brings fitness together with the different aspects of training in a very special way, creating flexibility, stretching and mind relaxation. 11
