By speaking their language , you ’ re going to grab their attention and lead them to buy from you much more easily than if you attempt to make up the words yourself .
3 . Make it easy for them to take the next step .
What ’ s more frustrating than wanting to make a purchase or sign up for more information and not being able to figure out how ?
He-LLOOO . I ’ m trying to give you money over here , but I can ’ t find the freaking BUY button !
Make it easy for your customers to take the next step without having to spend too much time or mental effort doing so .
This means clearly laying out what the next step is and making it obvious how to take it . Always include a call to action , whether it ’ s to sign up for something , make a purchase , or click for more information . Also , make that CTA bold and simple to find .
Your website copy can either turn your customers on ( to your biz ), or it can turn them away .
Read through your current copy , or even ask your customers for feedback on what you have written .
It ’ s up to you to write clearly , use your ideal customer ’ s language , and guide them to the sale . When you manage to do that , you ’ re guaranteed to see more sales and a boost in your business growth .
