FINAL THOUGHTS : The most important lesson I learned about business in 2016 ? CONSISTENCY IS KEY . And so is having a plan .
It ’ s better to show up consistently in your imperfection , than to wait , thinking to yourself that everything has to look and feel “ perfect ” before you let the world see your amazingness .
We are ALL a constant work in progress - we grow , we evolve , we fail , and we show up and do it all over again . And the best way to find success — is to get comfortable failing fast .
