DO explain it up front very clearly, and then stick to it. No excuses - you, your business, and your clients deserve better than that. COMMUNICATE LIKE A MOTHERF******. MAKE YOUR SCOPE OF SERVICES CRYSTAL CLEAR (AND YOUR CONTRACT AIRTIGHT) Remember that time you ordered something, and Once you’ve attracted that ideal client, how do you keep everything peachy-keen, jellybean? You tell them what you’re going to do in no uncertain terms. Then you do it. How many times have you bought a product or service, felt disappointed by the outcome, and then realized that what you’d been promised was nebulous? Remember, Andrea is a normal reasonable person. She’s a cool chick and you guys have meshed well so far. Want her to stay cool like Fonzie? Treat her right and communicate like a motherf***** throughout the entire process. She’ll love you even if there’s a hiccup if you do it right.
