done waiting and the universe
opened up. The money was there
for airfare and I trust the money
will be there for the rest of the
travel expenses. I’m loving the
way this works.
The same thing applied to my
businesses. I had a rock, gem
and bead store and when the
economy crashed I closed it. I
had tons of inventory that I was
going to find a way to sell ‘some-
day.’ I posted things on Ebay and
even Craigslist. Then one day, I
realized I was doing that ‘some-
day’ thing again. Dealing with
that inventory had become a
burden that was holding me back
from what I really wanted to do.
This time I gave the beads away
to a program for Native Ameri-
can kids and I put the rocks in
my yard. The rest of my inven-
tory was worth about $20,000
retail and I sold it for $1,000 to
a young couple starting a new
business. They were thrilled
and I was so happy to have that
‘someday’ burden gone.
Two weeks later I inherited a
belly dance costume business,
which is way more fun than
rocks. So, by letting go of the
‘someday stuff’ I made room for
something even better.
I’ve been working on an on-line
business and ‘someday’ I was
going to figure out how to mar-
ket myself, and then I was done
waiting. I joined Amethyst Ma-
honey’s inner circle and again,
the portals started opening. I’m
still in the beginning phases, but
I’m no longer waiting for ‘some-
day,’ I’m taking action!
thing, whether it’s physical in-
ventory, a class you are planning
or an office you are want to rent,
decide if it’s taking up space that
could be filled with something
better or if it is still important. If
it no longer serves you, let it go.
Is there something you’ve been
wanting to do ‘someday?’ Online
webinars? Facebook membership
group? One on one coaching?
Don’t wait for ‘someday’ because
‘someday’ is already here if you
choose it to be!
I’d like to challenge you to look
at your own business. Do you
have plans to do this ‘someday’
or that ‘someday?’ For each
thing, take a moment and decide
if it’s weighing you down with
the burden of ‘someday’ or if it’s
something that is really import-
ant to your business. With each
