106. iven the period covered by this outcome agreement it is important to reflect on some of the

challenges which will impact the College and the sector. The pressure on student funding budgets
is increasing year on year. This is a complex area and a number of factors impact. Some such
examples are the move towards full time course provision for 16 to 24 year olds, impact of the
welfare reform agenda and for Ayrshire a larger WSUMs activity target not resourced through
current funding methodologies. Given the ONS Reclassification, the availability and access to
