22 Efficient regional structure Organisational Review 2013-14 90. The period covered by this Outcome Agreement will be the first to benefit from the structural change implemented in the College following the organisational review undertaken in 2013-14. The new staff teams will work together to achieve the priorities set out by the SFC and the Board of Management will place the College in an excellent position for delivering these. 91. The organisational review, informed by the curriculum delivery plan, aligns staff in the College to meet business needs by introducing a new business model. It has been driven by evidence-based requirements and has resulted in services areas being restructured to support the core business of the College and a curriculum staffing structure to support a curriculum designed to meet the needs of the region. A critical factor will be ongoing staff development to ensure that the skills of individuals in the College are relevant and current. Culture and communication 92. will continue to make progress on embedding the culture which underpins the vision and We values of Ayrshire College. The Staff Governance Framework will underpin this culture. Effective communication with staff, students and stakeholders is essential in this and the College will use a variety of tools and media to update, consult and seek feedback from internal and external stakeholders. Strategic planning process 93. The Board of Management of the College will produce a strategic plan to cover the same period as the 2014-17 Outcome Agreement. The strategic plan will cover themes not articulated in the Outcome Agreement. Ayrshire College Outcome Agreement 2014-17
