Head of Participation – Bruce Cruse
Bruce has been with ECB for 16 years
and was previously Head of Facilities
and Funding, where he developed a
facilities team widely acknowledged
as the best in its class. Bruce has the
responsibility to drive quality
experiences for all participants in our
heartland of traditional club cricket.
Head of Growth – Tracey Francis
Tracey was previously the Head of
Community Sport at Nottinghamshire
County Cricket Club and will be
known to some in the Midlands.
Tracey’s role will be to diversify the
game and create a more inclusive
culture, supported through more
playing opportunities for all.
Head of Regional Operations –
Simon Brown
Simon was Director of Sales at
PricewaterhouseCoopers. A former
Durham left-arm opening bowler
who also played a game for England,
Simon will be accountable for the
delivery of the strategy across the
recreational networks, including the
