Bruce Carrington Tropical Deco Bruce ’ s “ Tropical Deco Motif Collection ” captures the various shapes , forms & designs created by notable Art Deco architects during the 1920-1940 ’ s era . This unique form of
Art Deco architecture was created in Miami Beach and incorporates floral and fauna motifs as well as nautical themes . Palm trees , flamingos , pelicans , shells , sea creatures , ocean liner icons from the 1920 ’ s were originally utilized . He has compiled one of the largest photographic collections of South Beach architectural ornamentation in collaboration with Mareen Carrington , post- production artist and curator of the collection .
