Volunteers and AISD administrators participated in Operation
Graduation, encouraging students who were enrolled in school last
spring but have not returned this fall to re-enroll.

Hale Elementary celebrated National Fathers Take Your
Children to School Day with 118 fathers and/or father
figures who participated.

What’s happening
around the district
Kroger, a great community partner with the Arlington ISD, donated
40 pallets of school supplies to the district during a special
ceremony at Patrick Elementary.

Swift Elementary held a campus wide Blue Out to show their
support for law enforcement. Students and staff wore blue and had
the opportunity to personally thank and high-five or shake the hands
of several Arlington Police Department officers during an assembly.

Coach White from Ashworth Elementary generously shared his
Box Tops for Education money with each grade level. He gave
each grade a rolling trash can full of equipment for students to
use at recess.
