Johns “I Love to Read” Day.

Venture High School PALS prepared backpacks for the victims of
human trafficking division of the Arlington Police Department.
The collection provided for 26 full backpacks.

The Pearcy Elite Steppers took first place at the Step Battle Royale
at Lamar High School on Feb 13.

AISD superintendent Dr. Cavazos made a visit to Foster
Elementary to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Seuss and read “Oh,
The Places You’ll Go!” to first graders.

It was a great turn out for the Arlington ISD Parent University
held on Jan 30.

Members of the Running Club at Adams Elementary competed in
the Cowtown 5K thanks to a grant from The Cowtown Marathon.
The grant also included new running shoes.
