Fourth graders at Blanton Elementary took a field trip to River
Legacy Living Science Center.

Hill Elementary celebrated Black History Month by hosting an
African American Read-In day on Feb 23.

Dunn Elementary donated pet food.

The Ousley Junior High eighth-grade boys basketball team won
the zone tournament title for an eighth-straight year. They were
awarded their trophies and medals by assistant athletic directors
Bruce Chambers and Kim Peach.

Students at Bebensee Elementary got a visit from Dallas Cowboys
safety Barry Church. The AISD was given $10,000 from the
Fuel Up to Play 60 Hometown Grant sponsored by the Dallas
Cowboys and Dairy Max.
