With a sleek coat of punched metal articulated with a tree motif, 15 Alice Lane South
sits in a prominent position on the corner of Alice Lane and Sandton Drive.
A
lthough the building’s edge along Sandton Drive is
accentuated by strong linear concrete forms, the inside
softens to create a light, voluminous, and elegant interior.
The design does not compete with but rather compliments the
existing buildings in the Alice Lane Precinct, including the Norton
Rose Fulbright Towers and Absa Capital.
This landmark building holds its own against its compatriots
showcasing yet another sculptural marvel in the 15 Alice Lane
