WILLIAM DOUGLAS
COLEBROOK – William Paul Douglas , 75 , of Village Way , Colebrook died peacefully on Tuesday , April 11 , 2017 at the Androscoggin Valley Hospital in Berlin .
William was born in Huntington , West Virginia , on Nov . 18 , 1941 , the son of Harold Douglas and Claire V . ( Shinn ) Douglas . He was raised by his mother and step-father , Claire and Fred Weaver .
He has been a resident of Colebrook since 2009 coming from Westland , Michigan . Before retirement he was a manager for Farmer Jack ’ s Grocery Store . He enjoyed fishing .
William was a Veteran of the U . S . Army serving from 1959 thru 1964 . He was a member of the American Legion .
William is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Marsha Douglas-Roy and Jean Roy of Sherbrook , Que .; two grandchildren Jessica Roy and Maxim Roy and two great-grandchildren Ayden Roy-Nanga and Megane Roy-Nanga ; four sisters Kathy Weaver-Wilson ; Barbara Weaver-Hoppner ; Sue Weaver-Kline and Freda Weaver-Proctor all of Michigan and a close friend Glenville Osgood of Colebrook .
He was predeceased by his wife Rosemary Douglas ; one brother Donald Douglas and one sister Jean Douglas-Scroggs .

CHESTER EAMES
GOFFSTOWN – Chester “ Chet ” Eames , 72 , of Goffstown , passed away on April 15 , 2017 , surrounded by his loving family after a long , well-fought battle with cancer .
Chet was born in Stewartstown and was raised in Errol by his loving parents , the late Mona ( Bennett ) Eames and Everett Eames . He is a Vietnam War veteran .
Chet is survived by his siblings , Normand Eames , Carlton Eames and Elsie Hall , all of whom reside in Errol ; his wife of 27 years , Bonnie ( Levins ) Eames of Goffstown ; his children Maureen Eames of Dunbarton , Daryl and Raquel Eames of Manchester , Christopher and Ashley Eames of Pembroke , Alea Eames of Manchester ; and one grandson , Christian Soto .
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday , April 22 , at Phaneuf Funeral Home , 243 Hanover St ., Manchester .
James Gibson
JAMES GIBSON
STARK – James Roger “ Gibby ” Gibson , Sr ., 71 , of Northside Road in Stark , died Monday , April 17 , 2017 at his home after a lengthy illness .
Born on Dec . 11 , 1945 in Lancaster , he was a son of Henry Gibson and Norma ( Hopps ) Gibson and lived most of his life in Stark for the exception of a few years in Connecticut .
While in Connecticut he worked at Stop and Shop and Pratt-Whitney . He was a retired care taker at the Percy Summer Club ; past Road Agent and past Selectman for the Town of Stark ; he was the past Assistant Fire Chief for the Stark Volunteer Fire Department ; in his younger years helped maintain the Appalachian Trails ; served on the Stark Improvement Committee ; and he and his wife Judy owned and operated the Stark Village Store for several years . Jim was also known as a handyman and did carpentry work . He was currently serving as a Forest Fire Warden and on the Stark Planning Board .
Jim is survived by his wife of 54 years , Judith “ Judy ” Rose ( Scroggins ) Gibson ; his three children James Gibson , Jr . and
