Mark Sanborn to Speak at Education Conference
Over the course of my career , no book has had a greater influence in the way I look at driving extraordinary customer service than The Fred Factor by Mark Sanborn . Mark ’ s book tells the story of how he was influenced by his mail carrier while living in the Denver suburbs many years ago . The mail carrier ' s smile , engagement and overall attitude inspired Mark to write this book on customer service in order to inspire others to become " Freds " in their respective fields .
For many years now , every new employee I hire at Legacy Partners receives this book . That ' s how strongly I believe in Fred ' s story and Mark ' s message , and I ’ m pleased to announce that Mark Sanborn will be the Keynote Speaker at AAMD ' s Education Conference and Trade Show on May 24th .
