The Association for Experiential Education announces a new web site – www.LearnThroughExperience.org – to promote the value and impact of experiential education and share the many examples of this work among AEE organizational members. Launched on October 27 at the 2016 AEE International Conference in Minneapolis, LearnThroughExperience.org is designed for public audiences to help individuals understand the experiential approach as an option for their particular need and find provider options. The site describes the effectiveness of experiential education and shares research conducted with experiential education programs. A search function enables the user to identify programs by geography, types of services offered, and types of clients served. Users can browse content supplied by programs, including photos, videos and social media, for an overview of a particular program. To learn more and contact the program, the user clicks through to the program’s web site. For more information about LearnThroughExperience, contact AEE at 720-573-4220
