A Model for Achieving Foundational Diplomas
The Carlos Rosario School’s Plaza Comunitarias program, which
thanks to a partnership with the Mexican embassy allows
immigrants to earn elementary and middle school certificates,
has been deemed the best in the U.S. by the Consul General of
the Mexican Embassy. Throughout the year the Mexican Consulate
regularly showcased our school as a model for others interested in
starting Plazas programs.

with innovative science projects and math concept displays.
Partnership with Ana G. Mendez
Over the past year the Carlos Rosario School has built a valuable
partnership with the Ana G. Mendez University System. As part
of the partnership, scholarships to the Ana G. Mendez University
will be offered to faculty, staff and students of the School. In
the first semester of the partnership three Carlos Rosario School
