The curriculum, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student, includes one-on-one career counseling and skill building as well as group workshop, guest speakers, and field trips. Students receive more than 22 hours of employability skills training along with job search and job/internship placement services. Monthly quality meetings are convened to evaluate student academic progress, as well as any personal and professional barriers that student may face while enrolled in the program. Each career training student is assigned a bi-lingual counselor. During these meetings, the Workforce Program Manager, counselors, teachers, and career specialists strategize how to best support student learning and growth. 19 1
