‘ Burly Brand ’ fairings
Zodiac is offering these new universal design fairings for use with 5 3 / 4 " headlights by ‘ Burly Brand ’. Made of molded ABS , they come with an opaque impact resistant acrylic windscreen and black powdercoated steel mounting brackets for adjustable fitting on 35 thru 49mm front forks . Both Touring Sport fairings feature styling pockets left and right of the headlight , offering customization potential with lighting . Available in four styles – ‘ Outlaw ’, ‘ Café Sport ’, ‘ Touring Sport ’ and a ‘ Tall Touring Sport ’.
Sportster front pulley guard and sprocket cover
This Genuine Zodiac brand front pulley cover with a stainless steel wire mesh center and heavy duty steel front pulley guard is available in black or chrome billet aluminum for 2004 to present XL Sportster models . They are easy-install bolt-ons , individually or as a set ; almost all Genuine Zodiac products are covered by a 2-year warranty .
Freedom Performance M-8 systems
Zodiac has a wide selection of slip-on mufflers , performance headers and full 2-into-1 and 2-into-2 exhaust systems available for the new M-8 tourers . Among them are these Freedom Performance Exhausts slip-on mufflers , which are “ well known for their deep rumble , with optional quiet baffles available for most applications .”
US to EU taillight conversion module
Almost every Harley made for U . S . sale has a brake light and indicator combination which activates the turn signals in addition to the brake light – a setup that requires modification to meet EU regulations if imported into Europe . Zodiac say that this conversion module is a microcontroller based solution that converts the two signals coming from the original flasher / brake light combination into four separate outputs for brake light , taillight and left and right turn signals .
All kits include a " Big Sucker " aluminum backing plate in choice of plain natural aluminum , chrome or black ; Team Ness High-Flow air filter ; chrome banjo bolts ; simple instructions and all necessary hardware . These kits are designed to be used with the stock outer air filter cover .
‘ Beck ’ air-cooled spark plugs
Added to Zodiac ’ s extensive range of parts for older and vintage Harleys , these M18 x 1.5 spark plugs are for all Harley singles 1926 thru 1934 , all 45ci models , all side valve Big Twin and Knucklehead engines ; they replace HD no . 3 .
Ciro headlight bezel
Distributed in Europe by Zodiac , recent additions to the Ciro range include this headlight bezel for tourers and trikes . “ A new design , it has been sculpted to perfectly fill the space around the headlight for a streamlined look . It features custom fang-shaped , bright white LED running lights that automatically turn on and off with the headlight .” Easy to install , it ships with everything needed to mount and plug into the accessory port with no cutting , drilling or splicing . Easily removable light housings make painting to color-match easy .

Kerker ‘ Stouts ’ for M-8 and older tourers
Made in the USA by SuperTrapp , these Kerker ‘ Stouts ’ are chrome plated or black coated 4 " ( 10cm ) diameter slip-on mufflers , designed to fit the stock head pipes on 1995 to 2017 FLH and FLT models . They feature a traditional core , which targets a higher spread of power , providing more mid-range rpm up through the red line . They come with factory installed , streamlined and internal tapered billet aluminum end caps that have recessed fasteners . SuperTrapp say they “ provide a bold , strong power curve from mid-range on up with a 9.6 ( 17 %) BHP and 9 ( 12 %) ft . lb torque gain over stock ( measured on a 2010 FLH ); 97dB or 5dB over stock mufflers on US models .
M-8 ‘ Big Suckers ’
The Arlen Ness popular and award-winning ‘ Big Sucker ’ performance air cleaner program has been extended to include fitments for the 2017 M-8 tourers and 2017 trike models . Ness claim that this is “ the best and simplest performance air cleaner kit available - period !” Also available from Zodiac for Evolution Big Twins , Sportsters and Twin Cams , the Ness " Sucker " backing plate features a built-in intake support and built-in breather tunnels at each head to decrease crankcase pressure . Each tunnel exits at the mount of the intake to create a virtually closed-loop system . Breather features O-ring banjo bolt seals and a radiused intake manifold – “ for no oil hoses , no oil fittings , no leaking and no mess ”!
Also added to Zodiac ’ s Ciro inventory , “ this is the part that the factory forgot !” These Ciro filler panel lights complete the rear end of 2006 to present Touring models by “ filling the large unsightly gaps with a smooth , flowing chrome or black accent and LED light . This part dramatically increases visibility from the rear by incorporating an ultra-bright plasma amber turn signal along with red low intensity running and high intensity brake lights .” Kits are also available with chrome or black side-filler panels for certain models . “ Matching saddlebag extensions to really finish the rear end of the bike and create that full-custom look also available .” Easy ‘ plug and play ’ installation .
