According to the Northwest Arkansas Workforce Connection , an additional 1,700 workers will be needed in addition to the thousands of people already working in finance . Many of the jobs require a college degree , but there are some positions where you can begin a financial career out of high school and work your way up .
At banks , the classic entry level job is bank teller or customer service representative . Nearly 300 additional tellers will be needed to go with almost 800 already working . To work at any bank , you must first have graduated high school or have a GED .
