REGISTRATION PROCEDURES / POLICIES

LOCATIONS

Register online at www.agcsd.org. From the homepage, click the
TRAINING link, then click either the SAFETY, EDUCATION or MILITARY
button for training calendars and registration. For each course you want
to enroll in, simply click “Register Online.” If not submitting online, mail the
registration form and payment to AGC San Diego at 6212 Ferris Square,
San Diego, CA 92121, or fax to 858-558-8444. If you need assistance with
the registration process please contact the Education department at (858)
558-7444 ext 101.

Company name, person of contact, phone number, attendee name, and
email address are required for registration. The contact person, along with
the attendee, will receive confirmation for the registered class via email, as
well as any course changes or cancellations.

CANCELLATIONS AND/OR CHANGES

Cancellation notification must be received in writing no later than three
business days prior to the scheduled course date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

AGC San Diego occasionally
holds courses at our Apprenticeship facilities for Journeyman
classes. Please review each
course for specific location.

Substitute registrants can be named at any time. A full refund - minus
a 5% processing fee if paid by credit card - will be given if notification
is received by AGC San Diego 72 hours in advance of the course start
date. If a cancellation is received within the 72-hour policy time frame, or
if registrant(s) elects not to attend, attendee will owe the entire course fee.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made online by credit card or PayPal. Master Card, Visa,
Discover and American Express are accepted. Checks should be made
payable to AGC San Diego. Invoice option is only available for AGC San
Diego Chapter members. Full course payment must accompany each
registration for all attendees at least seven days prior to the course start
date.

AGC MEMBER FEE

Applies to AGC San Diego members that are in good standing with the
AGC San Diego Chapter, Inc.

JOURNEYMAN UPGRADE PROGRAM

Applies to AGC Apprenticeship Member Contractor Apprenticeship
Graduates.

LOW ENROLLMENT

AGC San Diego reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course within
48 hours of the scheduled date due to low enrollment. Contact person and
attendee will be notified by email of any changes to the registrations.
