In the Bluebeam Basics course, participants will acquire the foundational skills necessary to begin using Bluebeam Revu to
organize, markup, edit, and track comments in a PDF drawing set.

BLUEBEAM - TAKEOFFS & ESTIMATION
This course will examine Revu’s suite of measurement tools. Participants will learn how to perform takeoffs in Revu and export
them to Excel, how to create customized measurement tool sets, and how to perform basic estimation including materials and
labor costs in the markups list.

BLUEBEAM - DOCUMENT CONTROL & PDF CREATION (2D AND 3D)
This course will cover the tools in Revu used for PDF creation and digital drawing set organization throughout the lifecycle of a
project. Participants will learn how to organize a large drawing set, how to detect changes quickly when sheets are revised, how
to easily navigate a large set by linking all drawings, RFIs and other project documents, and view a past history of revisions.
Finally we’ll cover options for sharing your drawing set with the field.

BLUEBEAM - DESIGN / SHOP DRAWING REVIEW, RFIs AND SUBMITTALS
Clear and efficient communication and collaboration are key needs on any construction project. This course will cover the core
tools in Revu used for the collaborative process of shop drawing or design review. We’ll also cover tools in Revu that can be
used for the RFI and submittal workflows.

Instructor: Katie Sushinsky, P.E., is an Account Manager at Bluebeam Software, where she helps Bluebeam customers implement Revu into
their existing workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration. Prior to joining Bluebeam, Katie was a Project Manager at Clark Construction,
where she had the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects in Southern California. Her knowledge of Bluebeam Revu combined
with her experience in the construction industry makes her a sought-out Bluebeam trainer.
