Alternative project delivery methods including Design-Build, Lean-Project Delivery and Integrated-Project Delivery, have captured the attention of both public and private project owners. This full-day open-forum captures the trajectory of these trending alternative methods and compiles the lessons learned from Owners, Designers, Design Build firms, and the subcontracting community. This workshop exposes participants to the necessary basic components of construction estimating through the use of dynamic, fast-paced instruction and hands-on segments designed to illustrate the entire estimating and bidding process. It is great for first time Estimators, Estimating Assistants, and anyone responsible for pricing and negotiating change orders.
