AGC members continued to use AGC’s
Legislative Action Center, which allows them to
contact elected officials on important issues,
register to vote, or search for local and state
election information.
Specific issues addressed included:
Support long-term federal transportation
funding and “Hard-Hats for Highways”
Campaign.
Oppose AB 504 - Would have stripped control
from Civic San Diego and restrict competition
in construction projects. Vetoed by Governor.
Oppose Project Labor Agreements at
Sweetwater Union High School District and
Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College
District.
