Apprenticeship Attendance Clerk
Ramona maintains apprentice records including class scheduling, absences, grades,
and meeting agendas. She also prepares and submits class documentation to local
education agencies for program funding, assists with payroll documentation, and
certain checks and balances within the administrative department.
Paul Josselyn
Plan Room Reporter

Paul is responsible for processing documents such as plans, specs and addenda
for the AGC Online Plan Room. He is also responsible for obtaining and entering
projects located in Imperial county as well as various other areas in Los Angeles
county. He is also responsible for the collection and entry of all bid results. Paul
also provides a wide range of support to the plan room and association.
Marcy Knopman
E xecutive Assistant / D irector of Operations

Marcy provides executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. She is the staff
editor of the Monday Morning Quarterback and the Membership Directory. Marcy
serves as the staff secretary to the Board of Directors, and staff liaison for the Build
& Serve Charitable Alliance; coordinating all of AGC’s charitable efforts within the
community. Marcy is also responsible for coordinating room rentals and a variety
of vendors for the San Diego facility. Marcy has a B.S. degree from SDSU.
Rae Krushensky
D irector of Meetings & Events / Membership Services

Rae is responsible for promoting, scheduling, and managing AGC’s Meetings &
Events. She serves as the staff liaison for the Affiliate Members’ Council, Specialty
Contractors’ Council, Human Resources Practices Committee, and Meeting
& Events Committee. She also is responsible for assisting in AGC’s marketing
efforts and heads up AGC’s Human Resource functions. Rae has over 30 years of
construction industry experience.
Sergio Ortega

L abor Relations
Jim retired as the CEO on December 31, 2015, and will continue with the AGC on a
consulting basis through 2017. He is responsible for AGC's labor relations efforts
including contract negotiations and compliance assistance. He also provides direct
support to the Labor Relations Committee. His experience includes 16 years as the
CEO of AGC San Diego, four years as Labor Relations Director for the Iowa Chapter
AGC and ten years as the Chapter’s EVP. Jim also spent time as Vice President of
an ENR Top 150 construction firm. Jim has a B.A. degree and an M.B.A. degree.
