This 1½-hour course will offer a review of the key components of a construction financial statement to include a balance sheet,
income statement, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) report. Learn how a WIP report can be utilized as a monthly financial management
tool. Review the use of a WIP report and define four key components. Learn Key Performance Indicators of the WIP; analyze
the WIP, including under-billings, costs on closed jobs and backlog status. Learn next steps if you find under-billed jobs, backlog
decrease or trends; review indirect costs for efficiencies.

their views of financial statements, A/R financing requests, and surety limits. You will receive the surety companies’ checklist
and three C’s of prequalification. Review a detailed banking and bonding relationship comparison guide and examples of the
requirements needed to receive a bank line of credit.
