Brief rief was to maximize the allowable floor area ( 0.6 ) and to design an office building with le space that could accommodate either one tenant or multiple tenants . Being at the section of two arterial roads , William Nicol and Main Road , the building had to be visible from ain intersection travelling northwards . It also had to take advantage of sensational distant s over Bryanston towards the Magaliesberg mountain range . A large terrace at the top of the ing capturing this view was required . The scope of work was to provide a full Architectural ce as well as interior design of the public areas .
