thanks to the promoter’s trust, the agency was
able to deliver a complex project in the finest
detail without sacrificing the units’ comfort, the
quality of public spaces or the sustainability of
the materials used. This fruitful co-operation
wasn’t just a one-off affair, for with the same
team the agency also delivered a housing
estate in Tourcoing in 2006 and the Bois Habité
project (Euralille 2) in 2007, both of which were
nominated for the Prix de l’Equerre d’Argent.
Despite the economically straitened times, the
